One of the most common questions we get: "Is delivery really free? No catch?" The answer is yes — completely free, no delivery surcharge, no hidden fees. This is how our scooter delivery works in practice.
Why We Offer Free Delivery
Most travellers arrive in Cebu at Mactan Airport and head straight to a hotel or resort. Without delivery, your only option would be: (1) take a taxi to our shop in Lapu-Lapu, pay the fare, then ride back to your hotel — which defeats the purpose. Free delivery means your rental experience starts the moment you book, not when you physically reach us.

How Airport Scooter Delivery Works
Mactan-Cebu International Airport delivery is our most popular request. Here's the exact process:
- Step 1: Book onlineSelect Mactan Airport as your delivery location and enter your flight arrival time when booking.
- Step 2: We prepare your scooterFuelled, inspected, documents in the sleeve. Our rider heads to the airport timed to your arrival.
- Step 3: Message us when you landA quick WhatsApp message (+63 975 298 4845) telling us you've landed. We confirm the exact meeting point — arrivals exit, Terminal 1 or 2.
- Step 4: 5-minute handoverWe meet you at arrivals. Quick document check, bike inspection, helmet sizing. 5 minutes and you're riding.
- Flight delayed?No problem. WhatsApp us your new arrival time — zero cancellation or rescheduling fee.
How Hotel & Address Delivery Works
For hotels, Airbnbs, and any address in our service area, the process is equally simple:
- During bookingEnter your hotel name or address in the delivery address field. If you're not sure of the exact address yet, that's fine — WhatsApp it to us when you arrive.
- We confirm within minutesAfter your booking is submitted, we confirm via WhatsApp with an estimated delivery window.
- Delivery dayOur rider arrives at your hotel or address within the estimated window. Wait in the lobby or outside — we'll message you when we're 10 minutes away.
- Hotel parking noteSome hotels have motorcycle restrictions at the main entrance. If so, we'll hand over in a nearby street or carpark — we'll coordinate this with you.
Return Pickup — Also Free
When your rental ends, we come to you for the return too. Just message us your location on return day and we arrange collection. You don't need to ride the scooter back to our depot.
- Same-day returnMessage us by noon on your return day so we can schedule a rider to collect.
- Deposit refundSecurity deposit is refunded in cash (or passport copy returned) at the moment of collection — after we inspect the scooter together.
- Airport returnHeading to the airport? We can collect the scooter at Mactan Airport on departure day. Coordinate 24 hours in advance.
Is Delivery Available 24/7?
Our standard delivery hours are 6 AM – 11 PM daily. For early-morning flights or late arrivals outside these hours, contact us in advance via WhatsApp — we accommodate most requests with a bit of notice.
We do not do unattended drop-offs. Someone from our team will always be present for the handover — both for your security and to walk you through the bike. If no one is available at your address when we arrive, we'll reschedule.
